I am a pre and postnatal fitness instructor with over 12 years of experience in the fitness industry.
I am a mum to two small boys and I love all aspects of health and fitness. I am a big believer in taking a realistic approach, especially when you become a mum!
My passion is to support and empower women through their pregnancy and into motherhood.
I started my fitness career as a personal trainer in London, training during evenings and weekends, whilst running a PR company in the day. I have always loved helping people achieve their goals but helping people feel mentally better was my driver.
When I fell pregnant with my first son I decided to specialise in pre and postnatal training. Becoming a mum was a real shock… My mental health suffered as did my body after having an emergency C section. I knew exercise was the key to making me feel more like me and this was when MammaFit was born.
I started to teach fitness classes that enabled mums to work at a safe level with babies in tow. Every client has a postnatal check and a level assigned, ranging from 1-3 based on their postnatal recovery.
I now offer one on one personal training, small group training, core restore classes as well as mum and baby fitness classes.
