CrossFit is our outstanding group personal training programme designed to give you maximum results in the shortest time.

We train people in small groups to move their bodies effectively, powerfully, athletically, and in a pain-free manner.  Workouts are great fun and achieve fantastic results.
















We focus on whole-body exercises.  We love kettlebells and pull-up bars, jump ropes and barbells, rowing and sprinting and squatting.
















It’s no secret that CrossFit workouts will challenge you but we’ll teach you how to do them, scale them appropriately and do them safely.  Each workout is different, so you’ll never get bored doing the same old routine. And it’s tailored to your skill level, no matter how fit you are.
