This schedule is updated on a regular basis to keep up with demand for classes and therefore is subject to change.


Aqua Aerobics:  A fantastic and fun way to keep fit.  Feel the benefits of a full range of movement while the water takes the strain.


Body Conditioning:  A total body workout combining low impact aerobics with muscular strength and endurance exercises.  Will suit beginners.
 Dance Step & Tone:  Let Geraldine take you on a magical journey of aerobics, dance, step and body conditioning!  Something for everyone.


Dynamic Yoga:  Based on Ashtanga Yoga, this class is best described as a moving meditation.  Combining movement with deep yogic breathing develops muscular strength, core stability, flexibility of the joints and stimulation of the connective tissue, leaving you with a strong, supple body and a calm clear mind.  This class is suitable for all abilities.


Fatburners:  45 minutes of high intensity aerobics to raise the heart rate and challenge your fitness.  Great combined with Kettlebell Conditioning straight afterwards!


Kettlebell Conditioning:  This action packed 30 minute class is your short cut to a lean, toned body without the look of huge bulky muscles.  Raise your metabolic rate skywards with this complete all over body workout.!


Spinning:  Group cycling class for maximising fitness and fatburning in minimum time.  Intervals, hills, sprints and more over 30 minutes.

Total Body Workout:  A circuit style class, superb for developing strength, tone and stamina whilst gaining a great cardiovascular workout.


Zumba:  Combining pulsating Latin rhythms with red-hot international dance steps Zumba has become one of the fastest growing, dance-based fitness crazes in the country.  What are you waiting for?  Join the party today!
