We have plenty of new bikes, treadmills, rowers, cross trainers and steppers, designed for all levels and abilities. There is also a fully equipped weights area and plenty of space for stretching.

Have your little ones looked after while you enjoy your workout! The creche is open every morning Monday-Friday.
